Synopsis:

If there is a spiritual battle over our souls between God and Satan, there is bound to have spiritual battles in the details of our lives. Ephesians 6:12. As we live in the fallen world since Genesis 3 due to the fall of men through Adam, we are bound to be wounded through our life, be it physically, emotionally, or mentally. All these wounds need to be healed or they can fester due to the sores in unhealthy emotional reaction of our hidden sins, pains, hurts, abuses, and curses, which can cause recurring fear, anguish, bitterness, hatred, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, and unbelief. It is an unseen battle of the wounds within us.   This is not a struggle that can be removed by doctors in medical science, scientist in advanced technology or even by religious rituals or self-help. It is a spiritual warfare over the wounded soul, and specifically over our wounded past. This is the epic battle of our Lord Jesus at the Cross of Calvary and His divine purpose of God’s will to come on earth to redeem our souls and to heal the broken hearted. Psalm 147:3. So let’s come to discern the battle and learn how wounds can be healed through the Holy Scriptures, by the Holy Spirit, and in the Holy Name of the Lord. Healing is Jesus’s primary ministry, and, in this module, we shall learn how to win the battle over wounds.

Speaker's Profile:

Pastor Darien Choo is the Senior Pastor of Trinity Community Centre. He has a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership (MACL), a joined certification from TCA College in Singapore and Life Pacific University in USA. He is an ordained minister by Trinity Community Centre, an associate Church of the Alliance of Pentecostal and Charismatic Churches of Singapore (APCCS), to preach the Gospel and is accredited a licenced minister by Global Apostolic Alliance (USA), an International Apostolic and Prophetic Network of Minsters.

He has rich experience in taking key leadership roles in both marketplace and ministry, reaching out to the chosen generation, and mentoring ministers and leaders who aspire to achieve spiritual fruitfulness and excellence for Jesus Christ in family, career, and ministry. He also ministered in the mission fields of India, Philippines, Australia, and Malaysia, through the Holy Spirit in bringing healing and evangelism to the sick, poor, and broken. His passion is to build strong families for the Kingdom of God, seeing healing, restoration and reconciliation taking place with miracles, signs, and wonders.
