Watching over our Emotional and Mental Wellness is imminent in this day and age as the fears, stresses, anxieties and challenges we faced are very different, distressing and unprecedented, namely the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, the Ukraine and Russian war, the escalating inflation, a pending recession, and signs of food shortages are putting strong oppression globally among the Nations, communities and families. Over the last decade since 2012, Father Me (FM) Sanctification program, which is founded by our late Honorary Pastor Reverend Alicia Teo, is a biblical based inner healing process which focus on revealing the heirs of bondage, discerning the spiritual strongholds and removing the roots which God has not planted in our lives, to progress towards emotional and mental wellness by healing our reactions.
