“And you shall remember that the Lord your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not.” Deuteronomy 8:2 NKJV
We need to remember our humble beginnings. Many Christians today are just looking at the blessings but not the Blesser, the provision but not the Provider. We may like the worship and not who we worship. We used to say when I have more time, I will come to serve, pray or have discipleship. Remember, did God ever give us leftover time, spare change or old garments? Would you give your only son or daughter to God? He did and He gave His only begotten son to die for our sins, that we may have life abundantly. Did God ever turn away when we were desperate and down? Surely not. He never leaves nor forsake us. Deuteronomy 31:6 We take things for granted is because we took God for granted.
Have you cherish time with your parents, children or even your spouse? Today’s problems are because we spent time on the wrong things and not with God, His Wisdom, and real priorities. So seek God this Season, He will make a way, even when there is no way. Bless God.
To God be the glory!
