Sometimes we hear how come God allow bad things to happen to good people? And we read many cases in the scriptures. David was chased by Saul after he defeated Goliath and saved the Nation of Israel.
Joseph was thrown into jail because he ran away from his master’s wife who seduced him. People who were healed, delivered, and experienced miracles in Jesus’s time, chose to put Him at the Cross. Yet God’s calling, will and purpose didn’t change because we do not know what happen at the end except the creator. Strangely and ironically our flesh only learns how to die when we face hardship, and the Spirit will arise when we seek the Lord.
There is God’s calling in everyone’s life. But only those who seek the Holy Spirit will know the things in the Spirit man. Life is not just about eating and drinking but about the purpose of God’s calling than make one’s life fulfilling, fruitful, and free in the Spirit.
