10 March 2022 Word by Snr Pastor, Ps Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together. I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears. They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles.” Psalm‬ ‭34:1-6.

‬ ‭

We do not choose a time to bless or praise God! In fact, we learn to bless the Lord even more in troubled and challenging valley times. Job 13:15. Be it in financial, relational or health distress, God has never left nor forsake us but rather, He told Joshua that He will never fail him. Jos 24:15. Both Joshua and Job went through perilous and dark times but God’s marvellous plans prospered their latter days and doubling their former ones. Our faces shall not be ashamed when we surrender to God, for His love and glory shall endures forever. Don’t make long term decision because of short term problems but seek God first and His time, for all shall work out for the good. Romans 8:28

Prayer: O Lord my God, I will praise and boast in your Son Jesus Christ at all times. I believe you shall work all things out for the good in your perfect will and plans in my life. Just as you had protected Job and Joshua, I believe you will shield and hide me under the shadow of your wings and with you, I shall mount up with new strength like the eagle’s wings, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
