5 April 2024 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today‘s Inspiration: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” I Corinthians‬ ‭2‬:‭9.‬ ‭Why do Christians have so much hope despite of hardship, sufferings and persecutions? Why Christians can celebrate death with such joy beyond comprehension? Why a Christian can still praise God when bad things happened to them? Why is a cursed man who hung on the Cross is the Messiah who brings eternal redemption for sinners who repents?

They were all integral part of God’s plans, purpose, promises, and power over His creation which is you and me. Jeremiah 29:11. When the significance of Christ overshadows the significance of our crisis, challenges and circumstances, miracles and breakthroughs begins to happen or manifest. Healing manifests when faith is greater than fear. Abundance manifests when purpose is greater than provision. And relationship manifests when love is greater than wrongs. 1 John 3:20 The foolishness of the Cross became the greatest work and wisdom of our Almighty God to defeat Satan and death. Colossians 2:15. Glory to God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, I believe my breakthroughs were all written in your plans before one comes into being by faith. Let me dwell in your secret place of intercession, insights and instructions. For it is not by might, nor by power but by the Spirit of God that gives me strength and wisdom. For greater is Christ in me than any devil, deception, and destruction. I choose to put my trust in you who is the author and finisher of my faith, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
