Today's Inspiration: Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart as working unto the Lord not for men. Since you know that inheritance comes from Him as a reward, it is the Lord Christ you are serving. Anyone who does wrong will be repaid for his wrong and there is no favoritism. Colossians 3:23-25.

Since you died with Christ to the basic principles of this world, be transformed by the renewal of the mind, in the knowledge in the image of your Creator and bury your old self which belongs to the earthly nature that all may be well with you. For God did not call us to be impure but to live a holy life. Therefore he who rejects this instruction does not reject men but reject God who gives you His Holy Spirit. 1 Thessalonians 4:7.

Sins of the flesh cannot be easily conquered and will keep enticing you to get out of self-control. It's good not to allow the words of truth to leave your mouth and guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus always for by them you avoid every kind of evil. Always carry the Spirit's fire with you that you might discern the good that needs to take hold on.

Mercy seems to be considered unnecessary between most Christians in that it is seldom demonstrated. On the contrary, mercy is the prerogative of God but it should also be the objective of every believer. We need mercies everyday. Actions speaks louder than words. So exercise mercy wherever you go. God is the Father of mercies. 2 Corinthians 1:3. God be praised.

Prayer: Abba Father may the desert blossom as a rose and may Your light shine clear and true as I yield my heart and life to be filled, possessed and controlled by the Holy spirit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
