31 October 2022 Word by Snr Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today’s Inspiration: “The blameless spend their days under the Lord’s care, and their inheritance will endure forever. In times of disaster they will not wither; in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.” Psalms‬ ‭37‬:‭18‬-‭19‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Being blameless is not about perfection in the Bible, rather it’s about obedience to the Word of God. For obedience is better than sacrifice. 1 Samuel 15:23. To be blameless in the sight of God is not doing good works or religious rituals but having the fear of the Lord, which brings wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the Lord is not about emotional fear in the flesh of consequences but a humble, teachable and obedient heart of preparation in the spirit like Christ who daily follows His Father’s commands, instructions and direction from heaven in prayer, petitions and thanksgiving. Philippians 4:6.

This is a season of supernatural faith to trust and walk with God. When we put God first, commit all our plans to Him, He will direct our paths. Matthew 6:33. Jesus taught,” If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. John‬ ‭14‬:‭15‬-‭17.‬ It is the Holy Spirit that anoint, leads and guides us daily with God’s divine order. Divine order comes divine provisions and blessings. Our God works in times and seasons and He too has them in our lives. Divine order also comes with divine boundaries. Do not be an extremist and neglect important relationships in your life, especially your spouse, family and love ones. He brings healing, restoration and reconciliation so that we come under the Lord’s care daily. Remember this, only obedience can bring God’s blessings into our lives.

Prayer: O Lord my God, in season and out of season, lead me with thy wisdom, commands and statutes. I believe you guide me like a farmer who knows when to sow and when to harvest, when to store and when to distribute. Your divine word and order brings divine care in my spirit, soul and body. I am too blessed to be stressed in Jesus' Name, Amen.
