Today's Inspiration: You can only be God's spokesman if you utter edifying words not careless words. When you speak edifying words that uplift the soul of others, you will be a fortified wall of bronze that are invincible. God is with you. No one can overcome you as God is with you to rescue you in times of need. Jeremiah 15:20.
The Bible was written and organised for us as Divine order for our life. It's our focus on Christ that keeps us stay on course. We tend to see God as a provider and sustainer but failed to see His goodness and the awesome majestic beauty and splendor of God. It's time to do a reflection on our life to know where God is leading us rather than to keep pondering where we are. Our life should provide some important navigational principles of life. It is important to pause for a moment how God had evaluated our life so far. Has it been pleasing to God? Scripture cannot be taken out of context. John 10:35. Jesus pays a lot of emphasis on the words of scripture in his life. He saw the events of his life as fulfillment of scripture. He said scripture must be fulfilled. John 19:28. He overcomes the enemy's temptation with the word of God in Matthew 4:4-10. Scripture was the guidebook for his life., His protection, His authority in His public teaching and His directive for His God given ministry. God's word remains the sword of the spirit that pierced into people's heart dividing soul and Spirit, joints and marrow, and judges the heart and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12. Nothing in all creation is hidden from His heart. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. V13. You cannot navigate your life without God's word in your heart. The goal of our confidence is in His word. It is an indispensable tool for us to navigate through life and to make daily choices in life. The scripture is the Sceptre through which Jesus reigns in His church and in each of us His children. Satan will not challenge scripture but only to distort it for God is sovereign and above all. Scripture therefore must not be mishandled nor manipulated to our own desires but God's truth that will set of free. John 8:32. Only Jesus can set us free. John 8:36. So use words of scripture in your conversation. Let God's word be the only possession you cherish in your life! God be praised.
