Today’s Inspiration: “My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity.” Proverbs 3:1-2 NIV. God’s commands which is His Word are a delight to our soul and the protector of our lives from sin, transgression and iniquities. Jesus’s first sermon was a message of turning people back to God through repentance. Matthew 4:17. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.” 2 Corinthians 10:4. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Galatians 5:1 NIV.
The end of times spiritual battle is selfishness. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people. 2 Timothy 3:1-5. Rather, do to others what you others to do unto you. Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.” Proverbs 3:3-4. Praise God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, let I not look just into my own needs but the needs of others. Let I not take offences easily but forgive quickly. Let your love compels me to bring peace, grace and agreements daily. Let your presence bring healing, restoration and reconciliation daily yo my home, marketplace and ministry. Let us be the lovers of God Almighty and bring salvation to souls, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
