Today's Inspiration: Your willingness to serve must be matched by your completion of the work you have started. 2 Corinthians 8:11. Many have an enthusiasm to start but in the midst of inner struggle, work comes to a standstill. Do not allow emotional deficiency to hold back your completion. Take pains to do what is right not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men. Have great confidence in the Lord in whatever you do. V21.
May you excel in everything especially in the grace of giving and sharing your love that the work of the Lord be not neglected.
You may be hard pressed on every side but you will not be crushed, perplexed but not in despair, persecuted but not abandoned, struck down but not destroyed for God is with you and empathised with you. All these troubles are momentary. What is unseen is eternal. Your momentary troubles are achieving for you an eternal glory that far outweighs what you are going through for His name's sake. Therefore, do not stop what you are doing despite unfavourable circumstances. Continue the work of reconciling the world to Christ. God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God, for which we should always be thankful. 2 Corinthians 5:21. Press on as His time of favor is near. God be praised.
