Today's Inspiration: Today the world has allowed anger to be their master as you witness the violence all over the prosperous nations where people used to admire and look to with much awe. Proverbs 13:3 King Solomon advised us to guard our lips as He who guards his lips guards his life. But he who speaks rashly will come to ruin. He also mentioned in v2 that from the fruit of his lips a man enjoys good things but the unfaithful have a craving for violence.

The root of anger is craving for what you could not lay your hands on and a desire to force your way through to be heard. When anger is rampant in the land, it's also a cry of injustice and in rebellion resorting to all kinds of schemes to satisfy oneself that leads to rage causing the city to be left in ruins and the gate battered to pieces. Isaiah 24:13. Anger starts with a heart of dissatisfaction that led to vengeful attitude, causing ruins to oneself and the body a heap of rubble. Anger is the result of a spirit of control from childhood and if allowed to be full grown become a fruit of manipulation to destruction. It is likened to an olive tree that is beaten or a bottle of beer that is bitter to it's drinkers. Isaiah 24:9. In most occasions anger has no rewards but once allowed to vent have no control like a raging fire that cannot be quenched. It destroys homes and relationships. Anger starts with poor communication to a broken soul who perceived wrongly a good intention. This is why it is necessary to guard our tongue and our heart which is our lifeline. Therefore ponder before you speak to check if the words you are about to speak or write are helpful words to build others according to the hour of need that might benefit the listener. Ephesians 4:29. All bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander are sins of the flesh with every form of malice. V31 It has destroyed many homes today. So let us eliminate them from our spirit in order not to grieve the Spirit of the Living God who was given to dwell in us to guide us and to counsel us towards an everlasting abundant Life. V30. Instead be kind and compassionate to one another forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgives us and we are no longer debtors to the flesh but be free from fleshy nature. V32, Romans 8:12. Let's put our human nature down and uplift our spiritual nature. Blessed are the peacemakers for they will be called sons of God. Matthew 5:9. God be praised.
