Today’s Inspiration: “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Hebrews‬ ‭11‬:‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬. The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy but the Lord comes so that you can have life and life abundantly. Abundance is not about having much wealth but having the fullness of God in your life because you can be rich and walking in sin, in church but behaving like the world. Year 2023 is to bear much fruit and that is to diligently seek the Lord and be transformed into His likeness. God desires His children to live a spiritual life being led by the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:14.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, peace, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Galatians 5:22-23. The Church stagnates not because of lacking of gifts but lack of the fruit of the Spirit. Without the fruit, there can miracles, signs and wonders due to the gifts but disputes, quarrels and arguments can enter without a fruitful church with the character of Christ. Apostle Paul taught gifts are good but fruit is better in the sight of God. 1 Corinthians 13. It is fruitfulness in Christ that protects a family and church. Diligently seeking the Lord is to allow the Lord to make a change inside of you, to have a transformed heart and a renewed mind like Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:16. Faith will always bears the fruit of the Spirit through faithfulness. The devil can try to stop your gifts but he can never take your fruit because the fruit of the Spirit is eternal. Glory to God!

Prayer: O Lord my God, you are the way, the truth and life. Let my heart have faith again to diligently seek you first your kingdom and righteousness. Teach me to be humble and meek like you to build a deeper relationship with God like you did. Remove all fear, anxieties and stress within me, that I could focus in prayer, petitions and thanksgiving in my heart, having faith to do all things for the glory of God and not of self, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
