Today’s Inspiration: “By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” Hebrews 11:3 NKJV. God has His divine order and the kingdom of God is fully empowered and operates with His Word. Prayer helps us to discern the time and seasons and a timely Word of God is able to direct us towards our prophetic destiny and make godly decisions with wisdom. 1 Chronicles 12:32. Today the challenge in the body of Christ isn’t just purely lack of prayer or intercession but lack of the Word of God in prayer and lifestyle.
We must avoid the shipwreck of faith because of wrong and demonic doctrines. Without diligently devoting ourselves to the Word of God, we will not be able to keep the faith as apostle Paul taught. Today many in the body of Christ are looking for signs and wonders rather than sound doctrines and wisdom from the gospel. 2 Timothy 4:3. It is the spirit of idolatry that leads Christians to seek man rather than God, and the spirit of deception that leads Christians to seek signs rather than gospel. This is the end of times battle and spiritual warfare. Apostle Paul warn young Timothy to check his own life and doctrine always. 1 Timothy 4:16. We can only battle the devil with God’s Word and walk a life of Holiness according to His commandments.
Prayer: O Lord my God, expose every spirit of idolatry and deception, and cast them out from the body of Christ. For you are the rock of my salvation and your Holy Word is my strong foundation in Christ. May I fight the good fight of faith and not be shipwrecked by false prophets and teachings. May my love, faith and hope reside in Christ alone with His Holy Spirit and the Word of God, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
