Today's Inspiration: Daily it is good to reflect how we should spur one another to good deeds. Even in circuit breaker, we should not stop giving up meeting together in zoom as even in zoom meeting, we can encourage one another- all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25. God will never disappoint us, so let us hold on unswervingly to the faith we profess for He who called us is faithful. V23.

Many have fallen away because life has been difficult even as a Christian. There is a tendency to think that the day we give our life to the Lord, we have eternal security that we need not bother about sinning anymore. Yet v27 warned us that if we turn away we are enemies of God. We need to be fearful of judgement and of the raging fire that will consume those who deliberately sin after knowing the truth. If those who rejected Moses law died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses, how much more punishment we deserve by trampling on the Son of God, if we treat that Blood covenant with contempt that sanctified Him and now us? Haven't we insulted the spirit of Grace? V29. He who called you is pure and holy and will not accept people who are not His. 1 Peter 1:15-16. Continual sins have the habitual danger of losing salvation.

Sin is a rebellion against God as we willed to go against God's way of life and His Law. This is why Jesus always tells those whom He healed to sin no more now that God's grace of healing has set them free. John 8:11. It's only Jesus who can set us free. Galatians 5:1. He took up our infirmities and carried out diseases. Matthew 8:17.

The Lord judged His people. It's a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God. It is Him who avenges. No action is needed from us lest we sin against Him. V30-31. God be praised.
