Today’s Inspiration: “The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, And delivers them. Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord.” Psalm 34:7-11.
Let’s press into deeper intimacy with God. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Proverbs 9:10. There is abundance in the presence and communion with the Lord. You will not find love, peace and joy in any place except the dwelling place of the Lord where His favor rest in glory. “There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.” Hebrews 4:9-10. Many today are unwell because we have neglected resting in the Lord and observing His rest of Sabbath in the fourth commandment. Exodus 20:8. Soul care increases our immunity to the enemy and sicknesses.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me dwell and linger longer in thy presence like Joshua and desire to be in your house all the days of my life like David. Change my heart and remove all distractions and temptations that I may seek you wholeheartedly in Jesus' Name, Amen.
