Paul Wonnacott, TCC's managing director, was a former key member of the development team for Singapore Telecom's Teleview Project and played a key role in developing the broadcasting transmission protocols as well as developing the communications modules for the first terminals. He then went on to become the project manager stationed in Singapore and oversaw the system into public service before starting TCC.
In February 1994 Southeast Asia Building a magazine to the trade published a feature article on Intelligent Buildings. TCC managing director Paul Wonnacott wrote the lead article for the cover story (see here).
NTT Singapore Pte Ltd now performs the role previously played by NTTI and we our proud to be associated with these activities.
Recently we have consulted for designs and implementation for the Capital Tower IBMS and GIC( Government Investment Corporation of Singapore) Facilities Management designs.
We have also provided consultancy with NTT Singapore Pte Ltd to the
Housing Development Board of Singapore ( HDB) for the infrastructure designs for their recently constructed HQ and Data Centre in Toa Payoh, Singapore.

TCC has been working in the building & construction industry sub-contracting to principle suppliers and consultants to provide services in systems design, implementation logistics and project management etc for major projects such as Suntec City & Republic Plaza in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur City Centre in Malaysia
One of our clients is NTT International Corporation ( part of Nippon Telephone and Telegraph) and previously acted as Intelligent Building Consultant, for United Engineers Ltd in Singapore on the construction of UE Square Intelligent City, to whom we had contracted to provide consultancy to the team.
Paul Wonnacott, TCC's managing director, was privileged to be the Consultant Team Leader for NTTS's team who were presented with HDB Quality and Productivity Award for 2003.
For the past 4 years (2005- 2008) TCC has provided project Test and Commissioning management to CNA Group Ltd for the Changi Water Reclamation Plant. CNA was the main contractor to provide the Monitoring & Control System for the complete process control of this plant, being at the time of building the largest fully automated water reclamation plant in the world.
The widescale deployment of Profibus and GE Fanuc Proficy GUI eased the numerous integration and compatibility problems that could have occured.
The reclaimed water is to be processed into "New Water" for re-use. The NewWater plant being contructed on the same site at Changi East Close. Further capacity will also be provided by the existing New Water Plant at Tanah Merah.
